Cancer survivors are sometimes at risk of occurring secondary cancers. Some studies suggest that this may be due to radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and hormone therapy. Moreover, there is also organ sensitivity, and genetic or environmental influence can also be part of them. This review article includes the risk factors of secondary cancers, their data, and the strategies for protection. We think it will be significant to get awareness about secondary cancer by reading this article.
